Located in the north side of central Arizona, The Chino Valley is home to around 11,000 residents who began inhabiting the area in the 1970s. The climate of the valley is moderate spring, fall and winter with regular precipitation in small amounts and higher temps during the summer.

While there are ranches and vast parcels available to purchase to set up your first ranch, this small town offers a bit of everything for people wanting to escape traffic and noise of the city.
